12 slices bacon cooked and drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Coat mini muffin pan with Pam. Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese and onion into muffin cups. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bacon, cheese and onions. Only fill 1/2 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
