1 yellow cake mix
1 c (15oz) 100 percent pumpkin puree not pie filling

Apple Cider Glaze
1 c powdered sugar
2 tbs apple cider
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl mix cake mix and pumpkin puree using mixer. Beat on med for 2 mins. Pour batter into a greased 7 x 11 in baking dish. Bake for 28 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Glaze
In a small bowl blend all ingredients until smooth, Pour over cake letting it drizzle down the sides of the cake. Let set before covering.

Made this for Thanksgiving but baked it in a small bundt (had to cook longer). It tasted pretty good.
