1 Tbl chile powder
1 1/2 tsp Sriracha (sweet Thai chili paste)
1 (packed) cup light brown sugar
1 Tbl yellow mustard
3 Tbl apple cider vinegar
3 Tbl Kentucky bourbon, of drinkable quality, or to taste

1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Store, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to three weeks.
