1 loaf white bread
1 lg skillet of cornbread
2 cans chicken broth
1 egg
1 med onion chopped
6 tbsp butter
poultry seasoning
giblets from turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Boil giblets two quarts water. Add both cans of broth. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 minutes Crumble equal amounts of breads in large bowl, pour some liquid from giblets over the bread. Let set for a few minutes. If bread is to dry add more liquid.
Add egg, onion, butter and poultry seasoning (season to taste)
Stuff turkey and bake.

Giblet gravy

Cut giblets and neck meat in small pieces and put back in the broth. Add juice from the turkey pan to the broth for gravy. Blend 2 to 3 tablespoons of flour with a little cold water in a bowl to make a thin, smooth paste. Add the blended flour mixture with the broth which has been heating. Stir constantly to prevent lumping. Thicken to desired thickness and if you need more gravy add canned chicken broth to the gravy.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Gravy is done when giblets are tender.
