6 Hard boiled eggs
1/2 C. mayonnaise
3 T. mustard
salt
1 T. apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel hard boiled eggs
Rinse eggs and cut eggs in half
Remove yolks and place in a bowl, set egg whites on a plate and set aside.
Mash yolks well with a fork until smooth.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Mix sauce into the eggs yolks.
Season yolk mixture with salt to taste
Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
