2 large cans crushed (best with tidbits) pineapple (drained)
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. Flour
2 eggs

1 cup Velvetta cheese (diced) (more if desired)
6 slices buttered sourdough bread (de-crusted & cubed)

6 slices buttered sourdough bread (de-crusted & cubed)

Mix sugar, juice, flour
Beat eggs and add to above mixture
Cook over medium heat to boiling (thickened)

Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam
Spread pineapple on bottom
Press cheese down on top
Sprinkle bread on top of cheese
Pour cooked dressing over pineapple, cheese & bread

Bake at 350 20 - 25 minutes. (Sauce bubbling)
Let it stay in warm oven to set

Serve with baked ham
