¼ cup brown sugar
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt (can be left out)
¼ cup honey or molasses
1 cup non-fat milk
1 T. of Lighter Bake
¼ cup of applesauce
One banana mashed
½ cup of raisins

Directions:

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
0 fat and about 85 calories per muffin
