16 oz. chocolate chips (Gharandelli or Callebaut)
2 T. shortening
1 lb. fresh strawberries with leaves

Large styrofoam block, covered in saran;
Tape down on countertop to prevent tipping.

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, melt chocolate and shortening, stirring until smooth. Insert tooth pic into berry and dip into chocolate mixture. Turn berries upside down and set tooth pic into styrofoam block to harden, or place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
