1 ¼ cups sugar
¾ cup shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
2 ¼ cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Chill dough ½ hour. Spoon dough on greased pan. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Just till set.
