1 lb. cooked sausage or ham, chopped or crumbled
12 eggs, soft scrambled with 1/4 c. milk
2 c. hash browns (I use the ones in the dairy case)
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/4 c. milk
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage in bottom of a 9x13" pan. Add egg/milk mixture and hash browns. Pour soup mixture over all and top with cheese. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

I always soft scramble my eggs a bit first, otherwise it takes longer to cook.
