4 c. cubed French bread
3 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. syrup
1/3 c. craisins
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in greased 11x7 pan, sprinkle with fruit and cream cheese. Mix eggs and milk together, adding syrup and vanilla. Pour over bread. Combine 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle over bread mixture and dot with butter.

I put the whole loaf of bread in recipe because I'd never use what was left over. I've used craisins, any dried fruit, fresh blueberries....anything would work! Also, I just sprinkled on fruit and cream cheese - don't know how much I really used...usually more, I'd guess. I never put in syrup because I don't really like syrup, I usually just add a bit more milk.
