Tart shell:
1-1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. Tony Chacherez Creole seasoning
1 stick cold butter or margarine
ice water
Filling:
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. half and half
1-1/2 c. grated cheese (any EXCEPT mozzarella)
1-1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped small
1/2 c. black olives
1 (7 oz) can chopped green chiles
few dashed of Louisiana hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Tony Chacherez Creole seasoning
fresh black pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour and Tony's seasoning. Cut in butter until resembles coarse meal. Add water a tablespoon at a time until dough comes together. Roll out and fit into tart pan (or 10" pie plate). Prick with fork and bake 10 minutes.
For filling: In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, half and half; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Transfer mixture to partially baked tart shell and bake at 375º until golden brown and filling is set, about 55-60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
