1 Egg, beaten slightly
¼ cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
4 1" Thick Boneless Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Minced Garlic
⅓ cup Balsamic Vinegar
⅓ cup Chicken Broth
1× 14.5 oz can Diced Italian Tomatoes, drained
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Capers

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg in a shallow dish and set aside. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip pork chops in egg then dredge in flour mixture. In a large skillet, heat oil, then cook chops for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove chops from skillet and set aside. Add garlic to skillet, cook for 1 minute, then add vinegar and broth. Stir in tomatoes, basil and capers. Return chops to skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until done.
