2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/4 c. oleo
1 egg
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. quick oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter and egg. Stir in orange peel. Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in oats. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 - 15 minutes.
