2 - 3 lbs chicken pieces
1 T salt
3 T lemon juice
3 T salad oil
1 tsp ketchup
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp minced dry onion

Directions:
Directions:
Make basting sauce and let it set overnight or early in the morning. Brush chicken with a little melted butter and then with the basting sauce. Allow to marinate 15 - 20 minutes. Place over medium heat and turn as necessary. Precooking the chicken partially helps keep the chicken moist, 8 0 10 minutes in the microwave. Then place, skin side up and grill 10 minutes on each side. Chicken is done when joints move easily and juice is clear. Baste during grilling to prevent chicken from drying out.
