1 can chick peas (reserve liquid)
¼ c. sesame paste (tahini)
1 small lemon
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Puree chick peas, lemon juice, tahini, and garlic in blender. Add liquid from chick peas in a small amount, until it gets to be the consistency you like it. Season to taste.

If desired, add 1 head of roasted garlic, or 1 roasted red pepper for a new twist.
