1 stick oleo
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 small pkg instant pudding (your favorite flavor)
3 c. milk
remaining Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo, pecans and flour. Spread in 9x13 pan, patting down smooth. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Beat cream cheese with confectioners' sugar. Add Cool Whip. spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk until thick and spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Accent with coconut, pecans, chocolate shavings, etc. Refrigerate. Cut into squares and serve.
