1 pork or beef roast 4 to 5 lbs
garlic salt
pepper
flour
oil
1 bag carrots
3 lbs potatoes
1 large onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork roast all over with garlic salt and pepper. Then roll roast in flour until covered. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Brown roast on all sides until brown and put in a large pot (or crock pot). Cover with water and add 4 bouillon cubes and onion. Let meat cook until tender and you can put a fork into it easily. Meanwhile chop up potatoes and cut carrots into 2 inch pieces. After meat is tender add vegetables and cook until tender.
