2 1/2 C. Tomatoes
2 C. milk
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Garlic to taste.
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter , stir in flour, slowly add milk making a white sauce
Blend diced tomatoes ,sugar, thinly sliced onion,salt and garlic.
Add tomato mix to white sauce
Garish with chopped boiled eggs and cheese
