3 to 5 lbs russet potatoes
2 packages of dry ranch dip mix
Butter
Sour cream
salt
pepper
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Boil potatoes about 30 minutes or until a fork will go into potatoes easily. Do not overcook. Drain potatoes and put in a large bowl. Add two huge spoonfuls of butter and two huge spoonfuls of sour cream. Add ranch dip mix and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Put in oven just long enough to melt cheese.บบบบ
