2 lb box of Velveeta Cheese
1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb sausage
1 onion
¼ cup milk
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies diced
Crackers or chips

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cheese and melt in heavy saucepan with milk. After melted and smooth, pour this mixture into the crock pot and set on low or medium. Dice onion and brown onion, ground beef, and sausage in a skillet. DRAIN WELL. Pour meat mixture into crock pot. Add one can Rotel tomatoes. Simmer for one hour and serve with cracker, chips or even fresh veggies.
