Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1 can 5 oz tiny shrimp
4 oz cocktail sauce or thick and chunky salsa
2 Tbsp grated onion
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in mixing bowl, set aside and allow cream cheese to soften. Open and drain the can of shrimp. A mesh strainer works best for this. Once cream cheese has softened, thoroughly blend in the cocktail sauce, onion and lemon juice. This may be done by hand or with an electric mixer. When the cheese and sauce mixture is fully blended and smooth, gently fold in the shrimp with a rubber spatula. Transfer dip to serving dish, cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Serve with a varied selection of party crackers.
