1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c dark corn syrup
1 c pecans
1/4 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil over low heat. Beat eggs and gradually add hot mixture to them, beating as you add.
Mix in nuts, salt and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake about 35 to 40 mins at 375º
