1 C. zucchini (peeled, seeded and cooked)
1 C. cinnamon sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 egg
1 C. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 350º and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
