2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh garlic
1 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup ea: mayo and sour cream
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 Tbsp ea: fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire
1 lb. Backfin crabmeat
2 dashes tabasco
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp horseradish
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, melt butter and saute' garlic till tender. Add flour and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in mayo, sour cream, and cream cheese. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, Tabasco, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in crabmeat. Put in baking casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in pre heated 375º oven for approximately 15 minutes or till creamy and golden brown.
