2 T. brown sugar
2 T. white wine vinegar
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. lime juice
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 t. chili powder
1 clove minced garlic
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut in 2-inch strips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and marinate several hours or overnight. Grill until desired doneness and serve with flour or corn tortillas and your favorite toppings (see Chicken Fajita recipe for ideas).
