1 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Chocolate mint candies
Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt and soda. Chill for at least 2 hours. Make into balls and put chocolate mint candy in middle. Make sure dough is all around candy. Place on cookie sheet and top with 1/2 walnut and bake 375º for 9 - 12 minutes.
