1 cup rice
2 cups water
2 tbsp butter
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Garlic powder and chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, butter, bouillon cubes, chili power and garlic powder; bring to boil. Add rice. Cook in covered 2 quart pot for 20 to 22 minutes, very slowly. Do not open until time is up.
