4 cups milk
1/3 cup short-grain rice
1/4 cup sugar

Qaimar Mixture:
2 Tbs. rose water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbs. corn starch
3 Tbs. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, rice and sugar together in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat so that mixture simmers for half an hour.

Mix the Qaimar mixture together well, so that corn starch dissolves. Add to rice mixture. Serve hot or cold.
