6-8 medium yellow squash, cooked and mashed
2 raw carrots, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the butter and stuffing with a fork. Place half into the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients and place on top of the stuffing in the pan. Top with remaining stuffing and bake in a 350º oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. You may wish to cover the pan with foil for the first 30 minutes to prevent the stuffing from becoming too brown.
