3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In very large mixing bowl, beat butter with a mixer for 30 seconds. Add sugars and beat for another 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat until combined. Stir in oil and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Add oats. Stir in cornflakes and pecans.

Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 13-14 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes, and then remove to wire rack to cool.
