500 grams white beans
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper
100 ml cooking oil
2-3 pieces red, dried capsicum (peppers)

flour
parsley
mint

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the beans and soak in water overnight. Put the beans in a pot and bring them to a boil. Drain the beans, then put them in a fresh pot of hot water. Add 1/2 the chopped onion and capsicum. Continue to cook until the beans are soft. If there is too much water left, drain off. Fry the remaining onion and pepper with 1 tablespoon of flour in cooking oil, then add to the beans. Put everything in a pottery saucepan and add some parsley, mint, salt, and pepper to taste. Put the pan in a 475º oven until it starts to simmer, then turn the heat down to 350º and bake for another 15 minutes. The beans are done once bubbles appear on the surface of the pan.
