For salad:
6-8 c. spinach
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. candied or plain sliced almonds
sliced grilled chicken (optional)

For dressing:
1/2 c. oil
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
½ c. sugar
¼ t. paprika
¼ t. Worstershire sauce
1 T. poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Drizzle dressing over spinach, strawberries and almonds.

For candied almonds: put 1 c. almonds in a pan with 1/4 C sugar on med high. Stir constantly until almonds are toasted and sugar is melted.
