2 apples peeled and sliced
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 cup butter to melt in pan
6 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup flour
½ tsp. Salt
powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

Directions:

Lower rack in oven and preheat to 425.
Mix apples, sugars and cinnamon and set aside.
Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan.
When melted, pour in the apple sugar mixture.
Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt.
Pour over apple/sugar mixture in pan. Bake 20 minutes.
Cut in squares, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
