1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Milk
2-3 c. Rhubarb, chopped
Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Fold in rhubarb. Bake in 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350º. While still hot, sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
