1 lb. pasty meat (top round, pork, ground beef, etc.) diced
¼ lb. ground pork (optional)
8 med. Potatoes, cubed
3 large onion, chopped fine
4 to 5 Carrots, chopped fine
Green Pepper, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Crust:

3 cups Flour
1 cup Shortening (Crisco)
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust as for pie crust. Divide crust into balls and roll out round. Place filling on half of each crust round and fold over to make a ½ moon turnover. Seal edges of crust and prick the top with fork. Please on greased 13 x 9 cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 400. Serve warm with gravy or ketchup.

Add vegetables that you like and eliminate those you don’t like. Mix meat and vegetables, season and set aside.
