1 med. Sweet Onion, chopped
½ tsp Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Vinegar
3 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½ Lb. Hamburger
Little bit of Water
Pinch of Celery Seed

Mix all ingredients together in large sauce pan and simmer over medium to low heat. At least one hour but the longer the better.

This recipe is a remake of the awesome Michigan's (chili dogs) that hail from upstate New York. Being so far from home they really hit the spot when we getting nostalgic.
