Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, snipped
1 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped
1 10oz.can Chunk White Chicken, drained and flaked
4 slices Bacon, crisply cooked, chopped
1 cup Swiss Cheese, finely chopped
2 pkg Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
2 Plum Tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 Red Bell Pepper, med
2 cups Lettuce, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degree. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Snip parsley and chop onion. Add parsley and onion to mayonnaise mixture; mix well. In separate bowl, flake chicken and add chopped bacon. Next add ¾ cup of Swiss cheese and 1/3 cup of the mayonnaise mixture; mix well. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles into a circle on a 13” cookie sheet. Make sure the wide ends of dough overlapping in the center and the points are toward the outside of the sheet. The dough should form a circle on the inside and now look like a star. Next spoon the chicken mixture onto the widest end of each triangle. Bring outside points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at the center of the ring. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a deep golden brown. Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Swiss cheese. Cut around the top of the green pepper with a “V” cutter to create a jagged edge. And remove the top piece. Clean the inside of the pepper. Fill the remaining mayonnaise mixture into the pepper and place in the middle of the chicken ring. Arrange the lettuce around the pepper and serve.
