1 med. Iceberg Lettuce, torn
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
1 sm pkg frozen Peas
2 cans Water Chestnuts, sliced
3 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
1 pkg Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 btl Real Bacon Bits, Hormel
1 btl Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 cups Miracle Whip
1 pt. Sour Cream
Sugar to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegetables and layer in large bowl. Make a layer of small torn lettuce then cover with a layer of chopped celery. Continue layering with the chopped green onions and then a layer of peas. Drain the water chestnuts and lay them next in the salad bowl. In a small bowl mix together the miracle whip and ¼ part of sour cream and add sugar to taste. When mixed
Layer onto salad. Next make a layer of chopped hard boiled eggs then layer cheddar cheese. Next make a layer of real bacon bits and cover with a layer of Parmesan cheese. Let chill overnight or 3 hours before serving.

You can substitute any veggie with something that you like such as carrots, black olives, cucumbers, croutons, etc.
