40 Large Marshmallows
2 lg pkg Lime Jello
1 Lg & 1 sml pkg Cream Cheese
1 cup Pecans, chopped
1 lg and sml can Crushed Pineapple
1 ½ pint whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt lime jello and marshmallows in 7 cups of boiling water. Stir
until completely dissolved. Set aside to congeal.

Next day, later or at least 1 hour before serving ~ whipped
congealed jello with mixer and add softened cream cheese. Work creamed cheese with a fork to soften it, adding a little pineapple juice to make it soft enough to whip with jello. Fold in drained pineapple, pecans and whipped cream. Enjoy!
