4 cups Strawberries, Blackberries or Raspberries
4 cups Sugar
¼ tsp Nutmeg, ground
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½ of a 6oz pkg. Liquid Fruit Pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the berries with a masher and measure 2 cups into a bowl. Combine 2 cups crushed berries, sugar and nutmeg. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine pectin and lemon juice. Add to berry mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Ladle at once into clean jelly jars or moisture/vapor proof freezer containers leaving ½” headspace at the top of jars. Seal and let stand for several hours until jam is set. Store up to 3 weeks in refrigerator or 1 year in freezer.
