Cut cream cheese, margarine into the biscuit mix till crumbly. Blend in the 1/3 cup of milk. Turn dough mixture onto a floured surface. Knead dough 8 to 10 strokes. On waxed paper roll dough into a 12” x 8” rectangle. Turn onto greased cooking sheet and remove paper. Spread the raspberry preserves down the center of the dough. Using a knife, make 2 ½” cuts at 1” intervals on long sides. Fold strip of dough over filling by crisscrossing (making “X’s) all the way down the dough. Bake in 425 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine remaining milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar to make a glaze. Drizzle on top of baked cake when warm not hot. Serve.
