Cinnamon Chips:
4 (7”) Flour Tortillas
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon

Salsa:
2 med. Granny Smith Apples, peeled, sliced, chopped
1 cup Strawberries,sliced
1 Kiwi, peeled/chopped
1 sm Orange, juiced
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Apple Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees for cinnamon chips. Lightly spray tortillas with water. Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges using pizza cutter. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool completely and set aside.

For salsa ~ cut and chop apples, slice strawberries and chop kiwi in a bowl. Grate some orange peel (approximately 1 tsp) and put in bowl with fruit. Juice orange and add to fruit with brown sugar and apple jelly. Mix gently. Serve with cinnamon chips.
