1 lb Hamburger, lean
˝ cup Celery, finely chopped
˝ cup Carrots, finely shredded
˝ cup Onions finely chopped
1 cup Chinese Cabbage, finely chopped
Egg Roll Wrappers
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Egg, beaten
Oil, to sauté

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and mix all vegetables together. Brown off hamburger and salt & pepper to taste. Drain any fat. Add vegetables to hamburger and stir fry until vegetables are tender. Place meat mixture on egg roll wrapper at an angle. Roll up rolls. Folding in at sides. Spread a little egg over tip of egg roll to seal. Saute in oil until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with sweet & sour sauce or whatever you like to dip your egg rolls in.
