5-6 c. chicken broth (or more, to taste)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (I use the "healthy request")
1 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 c. dried egg noodles
1 tsp. olive oil
pepper

Directions:
In a large saucepan saute carrots, celery, and onion in a teeny teaspoon of olive oil tell tender, but still with a little bite. Sprinkle pepper to taste. Pour in broth, Bring to a boil, and add noodles. Cook 4-5 minutes (noodles will still be somewhat firm). Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in chicken and cream of chicken soup. Stir and heat through.
