1 lb chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp flour
2 cans white beans (drained)
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
6 cups chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp ground cloves (optional)
2 (4.5 oz) cans green chilis
Monteray Jack Cheese
Salsa
Sour cream

Directions:

Chop chicken and cook in skillet with olive oil and 1 Tbsp garlic. In a glass jar, take 1 cup broth adn 2 Tbsp flour adn shake to mix. In large pot, add mixture adn remaining broth, cloves, garlic and spices. Boil to thicken. Add beans, cooked chicken and green chilies. Simmer 15 minutes until beans are done. Serve with cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Great with cornbread!
