3 bananas mashed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2/3 cup sour milk (milk plus a tsp of vinegar or lemon juice)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bananas, sugar, and margarine. Add the sour milk. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. May add 1/2 cup of nuts if desired. Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan (or will make 4 mini pans) and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

This is Kyle's family's recipe. It's delicious and I make it whenever we have over ripened bananas. Loaf's can be frozen for future as well.
