2 cup celery chopped
2 cup onion chopped
1 cup carrots chopped
1 cup mushrooms chopped
2 pkgs Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
2 cups chicken broth
1 lb. butter
toasted walnuts

Added Options:
1 pear chopped
1 apple chopped
1 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 lb. butter in large pot. Saute vegetables and optional fruit until soft. Add stuffing and broth and let simmer with additional butter (or add additional broth instead of butter until moist). Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for appox 20 minutes or let cool completely and stuff in turkey before cooking.
