1 Pckg of Penne Pasta
3-4 Chicken Breasts (sliced into strips)
1 Can Tomato Bisque Soup
2/3 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can Chipolte Chili Peppers (just use sauce for milder taste)
1 sm White Onion chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper cut into strips
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 T Sour Cream
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Water and Cook Pasta

Heat Olive Oil in Large Pan add Onion, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and Chicken and cook til Chicken turns white

Add Tomato Bisque Soup and Sweetened Condensed Milk and stir.

Add Chipolte Chili Pepper sauce from can (add diced up peppers for more heat)

Let simmer for 15 mins.

Shut off heat and stir in Sour Cream, Pasta, and Mozzarella Cheese (a big handful)

Great with Garlic Toast!
