1.5 lb hamburger
1 can beef broth
1 can water
2 cups uncooked maccaroni
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in a deep skillet. Drain fat. Add 1 can of Beef Broth, 1 can of water. Mix in 2 cups of elbow macaroni (or whatever kind you like). Cook for 10 minutes til macaroni is tender, then add 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 1 cup of Salsa. Mix together til blended and simmer til ready to serve! Feeds a family of 4 with some left over for lunches! This is actually a Campbell’s soup recipe, but the boys love it and even Jarv makes it when he’s cooking meals!
